From 1st June 2014 the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is changing its contact details to those at the bottom of this page.
It's important that any brokers or other regulated entities who refer the the FOS' contact details (for example alongside complaints advice in policy literature, websites, adverts etc.) put plans in place to update the details to ensure customers have easy access to escalate any concerns they may have.
While there is no regulatory requirement to change the details, and the FOS will have an indefinite postal redirect, all brokers and insurers should aim to update the record as soon as appropriate (e.g. re-print of literature)
