RSA is committed to doing the right thing for our customers, brokers, partners and employees during this difficult time. We’ve put our robust business continuity plans in place to ensure we can continue to provide services and support to our brokers and customers.
We are ensuring that as many of our people can continue to work in our offices or from home to support you. Where there is a need to visit customers in the course of handling their claim we will have an increased focus on the health and wellbeing of us all.
We know this will become challenged over the next few weeks; we are monitoring the situation closely, we’ll evolve our guidance as required and we’ll provide regular updates.
To help us in these endeavours and to ensure we can deal with the most urgent claims where our assistance is most needed, over the next few weeks we would appreciate it if you can consider the need for contacting us so we can manage the pressure on our incoming phone lines. Of course, if there are new claims to be reported or urgent activities on a claim that we already know about we’d be happy to hear from you.
