Peter Missen, Head of Loss Adjusting Claims joined members of Property Special Interest Group of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters to share RSA's approach to dealing with flood claims before, when after they happen.
Talking at the Thames Barrier alongside the Environment Agency Peter shared this infographic with members of the group, and encouraged peers from across the industry to help customers to understand the processes and timescales in preparing for and reinstating a business following flood, to improve planning and preparedness.
