Moving forward with your feedback

Your input helps us to drive change and shape our business. After listening to feedback on last years performance, RSA is now concentrating on making things better in 2016.

During November and December we carried out a series of individual telephone interviews with our personal lines brokers, giving you the opportunity to feedback on our performance over the past 12 months. Here we provide you with an overview of the key findings.

Partnership proposition is valuable

You told us that you value the Partnership proposition and the benefits of doing business with RSA this way. You particularly like the strong relationship it brings in terms being easy to do business with, easy to access decision makers, being flexible in our approach, and delivering timely responses.

As such, half of our Partner brokers would recommend working with RSA to a colleague – because of the strength of our relationship and the quality of our people - built on strong products that provide a good level of cover.

We look after your customers

You told us that RSA looks after your customers in the event of a claim; with high levels of satisfaction for both the speed at which RSA settles customer claims, and the fairness with which we settle.

Stronger leadership

Communicate with you more

You told us that you would like us to communicate with you more, and increase our visibility.  As mentioned above, the recent changes to our business enable us to increase the way our broker development team supports you. We will also continue communicating with you via our broker development team, e-newsletter and RSA LinkedIn community.

You told us we were the joint best in-market insurer to work with – we will strive to be your number one in 2016, and we will do this by working collaboratively with you and delivering a strong service across all areas.
