OUR TOP TIPS FOR USING THE NEW RSA BROKER SITE

1. Get acquainted with the main search bar above; lots of short cuts to useful information here
2. Find policy wordings in seconds - type the cover name into the top left 'Find wordings' search field and click 'Find' - or select from the options.
3. Want to check our appetite for a particular risk? Type in your client's trade name in the top middle 'Support your client' search field and click 'Find' - or again, select from the options. You'll also be automatically served up relevant support documents and news for that particular trade.
4. Need to look up a clause? No problem - type in the clause number or phrase in the top right 'Find clauses' search field and click 'Find'
5. Made selections in the main search bar but want to clear the decks and start again? Just click 'Clear all' in the top purple bar.
6. Want to earmark documents and articles as you browse around the site? Click 'Add to clipboard' next to items you're interested in.
7. Want to share documents and articles with clients and colleagues? Either 'Add to clipboard'  and then go to 'View my clipboard' (in the purple bar in the top right of the site) and follow the on-screen instructions. Or click on 'Email' next to items you're interested in.
8. Searching for a contact? Go to Contact us in the top menu of the site. Type the person's name (or any part of their name) into the search field and click 'Find' - or select from the options. Bear in mind that the list of contacts on this site is not 100% comprehensive.
9. Want to keep posted on RSA developments - click the 'Sign up to news updates' link in the right hand column of the site and follow the on-screen instructions
