- Evolving our claims business to deliver brilliant service
We are very proud of our claims proposition, and it is often cited as the reason people chose us. However, we don't rest on our laurels and have further evolved our structure to ensure we continue to deliver an even better service.

- Claims Online relaunches
The relaunch of our Claims Online, our secure online service that allows brokers to track the progress of customer claims, will mean that our system is now more robust than ever. The online service will instantly reflect changes and updates to a claim's status, allowing brokers to monitor the progress of a claim in real-time.
