Our claims teams have adopted a culture of early injury incident identification and proactive intervention which helps us to support the injured party and get them back on their feet as quickly as possible. Proactively focussing on an injured party’s recovery and wellbeing, we work to intelligently predict the likelihood of a personal injury claim arising from a motor, workplace or other accident.

Deploying a range of solutions to ensure that the injured persons needs are met quickly and in full, significantly reducing the involvement of external legal and fee charging entities. When an injured party requires independent legal advice, RSA care can facilitate this, or provide free legal expenses insurance where required. RSA Care demonstrates the opportunity for bodily injury settlement to be significantly reduced and we are evidencing average savings of 15%. We have also seen RSA Care deliver a 40% average reduction in settlement times.
